Shipping policy

To keep the costs as low, accessible and fair as possible, shipping rates are calculated per weight and vary depending on the different items on your order.


We use traditional post for shipping our products, and all items will be delivered by the post-service of your country or any companies partnering with the Swiss post. If there are customs to be paid on your order, this is your responsibility.

Urgent - FedEx Express - Only on request
- Ultra-fast shipping to all countries in the world.
- Tracking provided.

Economy
- Delivery in 2 working days

Priority
- Delivery on next working day

Pick Up

- Pick up your order in person. 
- Please provide us with your booking number or expected pick up date.

Orders are stored up to 2 months after which the order will no longer be available, no refund will be provided.


Progressing time

We process orders as they come in. We aim to get them ready for shipping same day as we start processing them. Processing might be delaying in case of holidays, national holidays, big events at KISC or other very busy periods at KISC.
