Cancellation policy
We realise that you may wish to cancel your order and therefore we have a 14 day cooling-off and right of withdrawal policy to help make things more convenient.

Cancellation of an order before fulfillment of goods
You are free to cancel an order before your item is packed and shipped this can be done through your orders page and your customer account.
Cancellation of an order after delivery of goods
You are free to cancel an order after delivery of goods and you have a 14 day cooling-off period and right of withdrawal to cancel your order.
If a cancellation is required:
- We will refund the price you paid for the goods, but not the original delivery and handling charge. Refunds will be made as soon as possible after receipt by us of the returned goods and, in any event, no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods.
- We will apply the refund to the original card with which you bought the item(s). If this method is not reasonably possible, you will need to contact us by email to shop@kisc.ch to arrange an alternative repayment method (This may cause a delay in repayment, but should not take longer than 14 days.)

Return of goods which are faulty; or not of satisfactory quality; or not fit for purpose; or which do not correspond to their description.
If the reason for returning the items is because they were not fit to sell, broken, defective or not in perfect conditions, please contact our staff before proceeding with the return.
